1. Principles

Upryst exists to help rugby players be seen by appropriate sporting organisations. Player safety comes before discovery, growth, or platform engagement.

We expect every scout, coach, club, school, parent, and player to use Upryst professionally and to follow the safeguarding policies that apply to their organisation and jurisdiction.

4. Reporting concerns

Email safeguarding@upryst.com with the account email, profile URL, message details, and screenshots where available. For privacy or data requests, use privacy@upryst.com.

5. Platform action

Feed posts, comments, profile text, videos, and messages can be reported by users and reviewed by Upryst admins. Some text may also be checked automatically before it appears. We may restrict, suspend, remove, or report accounts where we believe there is a safety risk, impersonation, harassment, misuse of player information, or contact that breaches these expectations.

6. Emergency help

Upryst is not an emergency service. If someone is at immediate risk, contact local emergency services first. In the UK, call 999 for immediate danger or 101 for non-emergency police support.
